after looking high and low and passing on many of them, i snagged my new ride today. its a black over mocha 93 one owner 75k on it. she drives really nice, but does need some work, interior is getting changed out to black, trans has a broken 1-2 spring so i'll flush out the whole trans when i change that accumulator too, needs a tie rod but all the rest of the front end is brand new, brakes are brand new, the car has just been sprung with an arnott kit but tonight i already swapped in the rear springs from my 1.5 lowered strut masters kit, tomorrow i'll do the front struts and tie rods. i'm also putting real wood grain in it too. i got a nice kenwood excelon kdc859 going in it, 4 kicker s68 6x8's for the inside, an infinity 10 for the trunk, and a clarion and rockford punch amp for the trunk. it needs a paint job, but i didnt care, i wanted a mark that needed paint, it doesnt need body work its straight, so im going to repaint it black with a blood red metallic in the clear and all the chrome trim is getting sprayed black too. im picking up a new grill for it tomorrow the one on it is broken, and i have to glue the corner light chromes back on. i cant make up my mind what i will do for wheel yet, i'd like some speedstars for it, or some cobra r's. i'm gonna order mufflers for it too and do the exhaust a true dual again with an x-pipe. i may go with magnaflows this time i want it deep not like my 98 was with the bullets. overall its a nice straight solid as hell car and i only paid 1500 bucks for it. in another month this car wont look anything like it does now. the pics are dark, but i had to snap some, i was running around all day trying to get this thing and get back to the shop. it was just listed in autotrader last night at 11 pm and i was the first person to see it, while i drove the owner back home, 3 people called his cell asking about it, i guess i called in the nick of time lol. i'll update with progress pics as i continue with my new project, this time, i'm gonna make it sick, even if it takes a year, this one is project, and im gonna go nuts.

I like the Orange interior...wish it was a little more orange actually!! Nice mark though; Post Pics when you get it repainted, sounds like it will look sick!

how do you get orange out of that? its the color of coffee, not even close to orange lol better adjust your color on your monitor.!!

congrats man, when you sold your 98 i knew it was just a matter of time till you got another one, looks good

if youre referring to my comment.... i didnt say it was orange... i said that i also had Mocha.. which is better than the more orange tan usually found in mark viiis..

no i wasnt reffering to your comment, 21stcentury's comment but never mind i got it now, its the saddle interior you are talking about, peanut butter color, it sucks, saddle makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty fork.

i picked up a running driving garnett red 94 tonight with ebony gut for 600 bucks so i got my whole black gut now. tomorrow i begin the swap. heres a few pics of the whole lowered coil kit in it from this morning, i also put new tie rods in it yesterday, the new cooper 245-50 tires, and new monroe shocks and mounts. god i love the new stance!!
