this is the car everyone thinks i am nuts for buying, look at these pictures and tell me i'm nuts, for $400 bucks there is nothing nuts about it, except for the fact that i pretty much stole it. there are a few things that need to be fixed, like the glove box latch, windshield has a crack, and it needs a brake switch, carpet needs to be shampoo'ed but i did all the leather and door panels, pretty much the entire interior except the rugs, and i just washed it to get the bird crap off it, but i need to touch up a few scuffs and i am going to buff the whole thing with some Kleen Kut and hand wax it. over all the car is really nice, runs and drives awesome and everything works. i'll post more pics as i go along and fix the engine oil cooler too, that looks like its gonna be fun, i'm sure i'll invent some new swears when i do that lol.

IIRC that is an Australian based car, just like the new GTO is actually a Holden Monaro. That is a steal.

australia has a version made by vauxhall called a commadore but the car is based off the opel omega b platform see this is the omega, almost identicle to the caddy.

Nice buy Jamie, you can't even buy a good set of tires at Walmart for that kind of money.

good buy fix and sell make some good money like I said before I wouldn't keep it for a DD

Nice Car. What motor is in it? I got a 3.1 V6 out of a 1997 chev. baretta with 12,000 org. miles If you need a parts car there's 3 on ebay about the same price.

its a 3 liter dohc 200 hp v-6. i was suprised it put out that mush power! and what shocked me even more after i looked under it yesterday is it has a true dual exhaust all the way from the engine back, now thats odd!

I would have driven down there and kicked you in the nuts myself if you hadn't of bought it for $400. Nice buy.

i need some fresh pics i spent all day buffing it today and repainting the top of the driverside fender, that was the worst spot of the car it was faded and missing clearcoat, so i blended it right at the pin stripe so you cant see a line, tomorrow i will wet sand the new clear and buff the fender and drivers door its the only parts i didnt finish this thing looks amazing i knew it was going to clean up nicely.

well, i got new pics, i finished buffing it today, but i had to wet sand and buff the hood, i didnt wet sand the car, the hood was really rough to the touch so i wet sanded it. also the one bad spot on the car was the top of the driverside fender from the pin stripe up, the clear was gone half way down the fender, so i taped the side of the car off and sanded the fender from the pinstripe up and repainted and cleared it, i made my tape line fall right where the pinstripe goes so you cant see that i just did partial paint repair, the problem was i had to remove the pinstripe after i was done to wet sand and buff it, the stripe was brown and i spent hours searching for brown at all the local auto parts stores, so after no luck, i ripped it all off and went with black instead, normally i would have left it all off, but i needed it to hide my paint line, but it actually looks great. i wanted to take a before pic of the fender but i forgot to, but here are some pics of the car today. now, i need to buy the parts for the motor and fix it, the car is ready to go otherwise, man did this car clean up super, it looks like a 2 year old car now not 10!
