tell me about these cam specs> I hope I wrote them down right:

Intake and exhaust lift: 450

Duration: 215@ 50
Exhause 220 @ 50 thousanths

Lobe 114 deg.

i can tell you its got quite a bit of duration, mid range on the lift, and it may need stiffer springs.


its between stage 2 and 3 from crower. itll be kinda lumpy.

It comes with 7000+ RPM springs. nice and stiff.

Do you have the timing events included to determine overlap and such? With a turbo car, it is wise to keep the overlap down where possible.

Who is grinding your cams?

The cam looks small to me, but I'm only used to looking at OHV cam specs.
