Pepps it's been hotter than hell this summer in Wichita. over the last 2 weeks only 1 day has it been under 100 degrees, and the humidity is ridiculous. this is the hottest summer since 1980 when we had 48 straight days of 100+ degree days. this summer we have had over 30 days of 100+ degree heat but we have had a few days in the 97-99 range. I am sick of it. I am ready for fall. I know it's been just as hot if not a little hotter down you way, I feel you pain. try to stay cool.

There has been alot of drought this summer throughout the country I hope it gets better soon for anyone who is dealing with it. Not good for the farm states thats for sure.

Anyways it's 72 degrees F. here today and partly cloudy. Quite a nice day actually.

72' at 9 am in Washington DC -high of 90' today. Not bad for this time of year, we roasted a week or so ago got over 110' with humidity. Much better at the beach, at least there is a breeze and cool water and boobies to look at !
