well if you didnt have any rubbing at all, ever, then going to a larger tire will only increase your rubbing issues. if you had a 245.35.20, then a 245.50.20 would be a lot taller, increasing the rubbing to a lot (isnt that exactly like a factory tire only three inches bigger on the wheel, man that would really throw your speedo off).

and if a 245.50.20 didnt rub (and im pretty sure it would) a 275.55.20 wouldn't only be much wider (who knows if your wheel can even hold a tire that wide) it would even be TALLER  dont even have to search to know that is not gonna fit on an LS.

you do realize that a 275.55.20, is the stock tire size of an F150 with 20"s right

If you can get away with a 45 series on the ls i'd do that. It'd give you a little more cushion. On my mark i switched from 225-35 Fuzion zri's to 235-45 pirelli pzero rosso's and it was well worth it. The 35 sucked balls on my 19's.. So if you can do 45 go that route..02

No issues with what was said just adding I've have 20's for about 8 years and all I've ran is 255 35 20. No issues with rubbing and the proxies so seem to have great grip and wear factor. Just my 2 cents

The second number is not an actual measurement of height, but a ratio. The second number is the height of the sidewall, but expressed as the percentage ofthe width. So a 245/40 series tire is 245mm wide. The height is 40% of that 245: 245 x .4 = 98mm = 3.858".

I'm pretty sure a 295/80-r20 will meet your needs perfectly.. they have exactly ZERO rubbing issues and a bigger contact patch.. have fun! :D
