2003 lincoln ls premium sport v8 83k

i always wanted an suv lincoln aviators ok?

I just checked mine and it's just under what I paid for it over 2 years ago and nearly 50k miles ago.

Don't believe everything you see on the internet. Let me guess... They are rating it at $9000?
Won't get more than $6500 - if you lucky.

My words of wisdom for the night.....rozayyyy:dj:

Mine, no. I paid $7800 for mine and they have it currently booked at $7200. Of course that's in excellent condition and we all know there's no LS out there that's excellent. Well maybe a few.

No, i was referring to the OP's post.
When i was trying to sell mine, the "book" said $6500 for trade in and somewhere around $8000-9000 private.

Went to the dealer....ready? They were giving me $3000. I lol'd.

No comment on the LS, but the trade in on my F350 is still $200 more that I paid for it!

I feel like that's a base number they have for some reason. We got a truck once and the trade in was $3000. Only difference that was combined with a '94 Bronco and '97 F150. It was 2004.

Last i checked was Summer 2010 when I was ready to sell her before i had done any modding/recognized her potential.

With all factory options KBB gave me $10k ish in excellent condition private party value with around 95k miles. I never expected to get anywhere near that but people from CL were offering me $4k lol GTFO.

A small dealership offered me $6.5k on a trade in for an 03 audi A4 tho.

Insurance companies and dealers dont go by bluebook. Apparently they go by the NADA guide.

The nada on my car is more then the kbb.

And aviators are good and bad. Most seem to be problem free but I've talked to a lot of people who had to replace the engine or the tranny or both. They seem to lose compression in the 8th cyl once over 80-90k. From what I've herd

Dj, you are 100% correct. When my other Ls got hit and ran (totalled) they gave me almost 11,000 dollars for a 2002 with 34,000 on it.

Private Party:

Excellent = $11,845
Very Good = $11,470
Good = $11,245
Fair = $10,245

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Private party says that my '05 with 54k on it is worth a little over 10k private party. I paid 15k for it almost 4 years ago now.

My 2000 V6, auto, 30K miles, sunroof and alpine/6 CD stereo, NADA has $3300 average trade in, a hair under $6100 clean retail.

KBB has, private party-
F - $5800, G - $6400, VG - $6500, E - $6800

trade in value is $4700, $5300, $5500 and $5600.

Private party @ 109k all options but Nav 06

9700,9300,9000,8000

Bought for 10.5k at the dealer with a suggested of 11.9k so I think I'm doing ok

Haven't checked since I bought the car. I don't think I've ever sold a vehicle, so it's of no consequence to me.
