Where to buy LS Engine

Hey guys, been a while since posting. I'm wondering if any of you know where to purchase a used engine for 01 V8 without getting ripped off and something that comes with a warranty. I saw some on ebay but very unsure about purchasing through there. In addition, how labor intensive is it to pull old engine out and put new one in? Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link. Anybody ever done this job; any pictures, etc?? Someone told me that it's not really that hard of job. I also read where the engine comes out at the bottom and not the top.
