Ok, so I am thinking about another car that is like a KIA, toyota, honda etc.
The only things I'm asking are AC, auto or manual(auto is better choice for me but manual could work) cheap for the money, Reliable and very good MPG. So what are your daily cars that are reliable?

we are spending about 1000$ :Bang on gas per month so we need a car that can give good gas and we don't really care about all the bells and whisles since the others cars have them

My first car was a Subaru Impreza wagon. Great car got about 25mpgs around the city at least, highway was like 37mpgs. They aren't too expensive to keep up. I say go with a new Subaru Impreza. They are also AWD. :zgreenbou

how about one of those new checy cars that get like 25 to 30 miles to the gallon

Are the drive system reliable? I am actually looking that is used but I thnk subaru might have too many gadegts with the AWD and all

I'm waiting for the Pontiac Solstice for a commuter. RWD, Convertible, Manual and 4-cylinder gas mileage. FUN and CHEAP.

I don't know which of the high MPG cars are worth it...

But my suggestion....I really don't think it matters too much..

Personally I would look for the closest to 40 mpgs... You already have great Lux cars and for a night on the town you have it made.

Most of the high MPG far eastern cars are reliable according to Edmunds. I guess it would matter to taste.

My wife is looking into Saturns right now to help with the high cost of gas.

Just remember the small cars are not armor plated...

I don't really know about the high MPG cars too. I just think i should have one of the cheap to repair and goo gas giving car.(close to 40 mpg)

I had a 93 Impreza Wagon AWD. only problems we ever had that can be considered major is having to replace the water pump, and bad ball joints. Thats about it besides preventative maintenance, which was cheap to. Car lasted up to 214k miles. We finally sold it when the trans started to give out. Man that was a great little car. :Beer

I had 1988 cadillac deville with 240000 miles but some thing kept draining the power while the car was on, we got rid of it. pretty nice car but was always in the work shop

Toyota Corolla or a Camry if your a big guy .

my wifes 99 Corolla has been trouble free other that just have
to replace battery.
