I considered the T-Rex grille, but keep in mind that the slats are each welded in by hand, so depending on who does the weld you may or may not get a quality grille. I do like the looks of it though.
And while the quality of the Trenz grille should be what you expect, it is one of those that everyone else has. If I were to go Trenz, I would get the unpolished aluminum.
Sadly, the grille I wanted by CDC is no longer made.
Other options?
A standard LSE grille, painted to your specs.
An Mclaren grille, painted to your specs. Go to Ken's website at
LSKoncepts. Great work, great guy.
Ken may also have other grille options available. Rumor has it he might be working on a chrome-painted McLaren grille, as well as another style that I won't mention.. (He'll be mad I've said THIS much!)
Anyways- don't be afraid to try to make a shot a one yourself! Some good heavy-grade mesh is easy to get, not hard to cut. Just need a decent template and maybe some clear silicone- voila! Instant overlay! Very common, and looks great if you get a material you like. Not to mention the money you could save and the self-satisfaction of doing something yourself.
Or, you could just send Ken money!
(Oh.. this is my first post here.. HELLO!) :wrench
