which tv for my Navi, please??

I am looking to get a touchscreen with navigation double din, flat screen tv. i do NOT want the pop out motorized one, i want the one that is a full screen all the time. any ideas on what might fit in these 2000 Navi's? i know some people have made a double din fit even though these vehicles do not have the true double din opening. i want a good tv, dvd, navigation, all in one. what are some of your experiences? thanks all
