Who has replaced a rear wheel bearing?

Not had it done, but actually replaced it yourself.

I'm wondering if I really need the magical tool shown in my Lincoln DVD manual.
Hub Remover/Replacer
204-069 (T81P-1104-C)

It seems to me that you could do this without this tool.

I'm looking to pull the knuckle. Press the hub out. Press the bearing out. Press the new bearing in. Press the hub back into the knuckle.

Has anybody done this?

I would bet you are going to need the puller...or similar. I would be surprised you can get it apart without it...and not damage anything.
