Wild Rides

Reckes aren't funny but thay do tell a story ! My last one over 10 yrs ago was in a 1978 Cadillac Seville that I bought at an auction for $400.00 ! It ran grate ,it looked grate BUT it needed tires. So the Sunday before I was to get a new set of tires for the car we went for a ride after church, the wife wanted to see some covered briges..
We were traving along this map that I found in a little sleepy town in Ohio, called Jeffersion we headed north out of town! It was a warm afternoon and the road seen strate ,I was talking when all of a suddent the road dropped to a 45% down hill grade in a bling of an eye !! And we were doing about 60 and I could see a 90 % turn at the bottom of the HILL ! to make thing worse it just started to rain !! I hit my brake to hard witch slide the car side ways then the left rear tire blow witch cataported the car over and started rolling side ways down the road !! rolled 3 times I think then slide on the roof to the bend in the road and STOPed with ME upside looking at a river and the car was rocking to boot !! My wife got out of the harnes and climbed over the cleaning and open the rear door , it took a hour or so for some one to come by and find us by the covered bridge.. The Throopers arived and a recker to pull ME and the car off the grard rail.. The road surface was so slick that the Firemen and Troopers were falling down try to cross the road... That put mt car on a flat truck and halled it into town were we put 4 new tires on the car and after 6 cups of coffiee I drove it home !!!! Never ran right after that thro !!! No damage to ME or the WIFE !!! That is why I like a SEVILLE ...
