Will an aftermarket off-road H pipe from a '86-'93 5.0 Mustang bolt up to my '90 MkVII? Would there be clearance problems with the tranny? Found a used one at a decent price. Lemme know.

Thanks,
Dave

No...Be careful... this depends on the year of your car. I've posted this here before.

I posted pics there.

While Josh is right about needing the automatic H-pipe because of starter-side O2 sensor clearance, your cat-back is unequal to the Mustang units on one side, since your Mark was made after they changed the length.

Oldschool says the change happened in '86 so you're definately affected.

Hope you didn't buy one yet.
