In typical US terms, the LS has five lugs on a 4 1/4 inch bolt circle. Typical Ford is five lugs on a 4 1/5 circle. 4 1/4 is typically a chibrolet circle. Backspacing is somewhat dependent on wheel width, so that there's no interference by the fender edge or the suspension components. Hope this helps!

The Mark VIIIs as well same generation t birds and cougars have more of a following so there are some choices of repro wheels that are direct fit for them. Or like the kid said just a hub swap will get you the right bolt pattern.
