Will not pass emission

The car runs fine. I have a P1414, P0705 and P0708. P1414, is the air injection pump. Something is preventing the air injection pump, not to come on, because I ran direct power wires, to the pump connector. Then, P0705 and P0708 is the transmission range sensor(TRS). The two lines from the TRS line up, with each other. How do I get rid of these codes?

If you don't have a scanner just disconnect the battery for maybe half hour. I deleted my air injection pump so I'm not sure what goes wrong with them
