window off track?

my guess is that the window popped off the track. the front passenger window wont go up all the way on the aft end of the door. its got about a 3/8 inch gap and will close when i push on it, but it will not stay up. is it that it is off track or is it something else. there is the possibility of it being covered by my warranty, but im not sure. need to check into that.

Commomn problem. Happened twice to me, with the seconded being out of warranty. So i currently have a piece of cardboard weged in the window keeping it closed.

Its you regulator.

Bring it into the dealer, it will be covered by warranty.

Same thing is happening with my front passenger side window. I had the windows rolled down one day and shut the door. I heard a pop, like the window broke, but I guess it was just raddling around inside. I was able to roll it back up with no problem, but now everytime I roll it down, it pops once it seals when rolling it back up. I guess I'll be replacing it soon. I bought my car through carmax and bought the warrenty they offered with it, I just haven't called yet to see if they cover it. I'm assuming they would still replace it even though it is not broken enough that the window won't roll up.
