Well the mark is officially hibernating and i have a bunch of projects to due. Last winter i got almost everything done. Air susp, blend door, just a ton of little stuff. This year i have to fix the drivers side front strut, Clean the imrc's to get rid of the cel, replace some type of sensor (?), deaden more, install amp and subs w/ a rear deck blow through, oil change, Stabalize the rear charcoal canisters (rust), replace rear swaybar w/ a solid super coupes, Fix 1 of my 19's (bend), Finish my exhuast ( cut the mufflers off).

I'll be busy. Luckily i moved back home so i have a big garage to work on it in. Having no job lets me work on it more. Luckily I have everything except the amp so that should work out nicely.

What are all of your plans this winter rather your storing it or not.

I have to actually winterize my car first... thats the project this weekend!

A quick run down:

Blend Door :(
Tune Up
Underbody Resto, gonna sand blast all the rusty bits and hit them with POR15

I will probably get a lot more work done on the car this spring when I pull it out for the year though....

from what I've read, they encourage rust on the part that will have POR15 applied to it

I gutted the whole interior and oil sprayed every nook and cranny in her..Fender wells came out.Basically i stripped the car...Canadian winters aren,t kind to cars..But she will never see another winter again..And what little rust is there is soaked with oil now...Other than that..I,m saving for some basic modifications...

Well fixed the wheel today. Easy as usuall. I never had this many bends before (3) even with the 20's on the marquis with a 255/35 . I think it's due to how skinny the tire is to a 8.5" wheel, 225 is not wide by any means. :(

Anyways, i'll add to my list some new spark plugs as my car "developed" a misfire once i cut the mufflers off. Though i knew i had one from the Slight muffled popping noise i had in the engine compartment. Ummmmmm and installing my pass side door handle that i got painted today. Thats it for now....

You guys and gals have to have something planed!

Well my 98 is going away to a storage place but I need to put my 4.10s in it. My 97 is gonna get neglected during the winter but I dont plan on owning it long... that car needs some work tho. New driver side bulb, rear neon ballast, blower motor, entire front suspension rebuild, rear shock mounts. I havent even looked under it yet either.

my winter project is going to come in the spring but its not even to my mark. some idiot who installed the ring and pinion gears didnt know what they were doing(this was before i bought the car so nothing i can do) well its a cobra and it likes to be driven and i was going about 35 mph and i turned onto a cross road and a ring gear bolt got sucked between the ring gear and diff case and chewed up my pinion gear along with the head of a grade 8 bolt i took the diff cover off got pissed cause now i have to set up rear end but i look at it as an oppertunity to make it better getting 4.30s back in it with an auburn pro 31 spline diff and 31 spline moser axles yeah thats about enough money to spend on my winter project

I've got a tranny swap planned. J-modded 96 trans and Lonnie built Marauder TC w/3000 stall. New EGR tube, IAC, O2's, and plugs. Balanced drive shaft with new u-joints.

Had some other mods planned but looks like I am getting laid off, so I need to save money for food and the roof over my head.

Jmod, one piece driveshaft, big transcooler, double din head unit, polk 12's, jl amp, winterize it.

First i gotta put the knobby tires i just got on my explorer, do valve cover gaskets and bleed the clutch..better hurry up! lol
