would it be a bad idea to grease or lube the track on my.power seats the drivers side one sticks it was fine when i got it now it sticks the track is free of obstructions

Punctuation is a good thing to use around here. We like to be able to fully understand a question. However, I know what you're asking so I'll tell you, it's not the track, but the thermal overload switch in the seat motor. There are repair how tos around here somewhere.
