The design is strickingly similar. I seem to remember seeing prototypes of this car seen testing and there were tons of production MKS' being used for comparison. Granted all car companies use others ideas, but none so shamelessly...(sigh)

IMHO, it looks incredibly derivative, like an MKS combined with the Jag XF with BMW headlights thrown in for good measure...
