I have mixed feelings a bout that car. I'll start off with the things I likee cause its shorter, the blacked out chrome all around looks great. At night I am sure that car looks killer.
Things I don't like, hood is way too big for the car, it looks out of place especially for a stock motor. the black rims look retarded and in the day the flat paint doesn't look that good.. the flames also kill the cars lines and imo are just flat out gay.

I remember seeing that car a while back. I think the cowl scoop is just set ontop of the hood.
the original car had a very messed up paint job. The guy was just "messing around" and ended up liking his rattle-can job, so he took it to work, and did it up right.
Looks like DP-90 self-etching primer(nostalgic look). Unfortunately, it is VERY pourus, so as soon as it gets any moisture on it, the primer has to be removed completely, as it absorbs ANY moisture.
perhaps he is about to have it painted...who knows.
