WTB the chrome strips for the side lights on a 95 MKVIII I can use both sides

Your best bet is probably craigslist, ebay or a junkyard

Not many people sell just the Chrome piece as it is usually part of the corner light housing, not meant to be removable unless you break it off. Id just do what 95mark8newyork said and check junkyards..eBay is usually a ripoff tho.
