WTB: Gen 2 front air shocks

the airshocks are all the same. they dont have to be just 97-98. unless your just thinking that they might be newer so they might be better

Gen 1 shocks are heavier, made out of metal, and cant be taken apart and resealed like the gen 2 shocks..and I have a set good gen 1 air shocks in storage...

So yeah, they have to be 97-98. :p

I could use new bags all around or see swap post thinking of going to coils

New Motorcraft bags change the ride in the front, big time. The cheapest place I know of to get them is here. Last month, they were in the higher $200 range but are slowly rising. Still, the price is way better than anyone else has them for. Once installed, you have witnessed how long they actually last, which is around 15 years. Could be more if the rubber is conditioned and kept clean and not treated like a steel suspension part.

I Need bags too but I don't have the $300 right now for them. I want to rebuild a front set with Koni's. The springs will be ditched someday (sounds like I'm riding in a Pinto)
