WTB Junk LS Control and Arm Rest

I am looking to get my hands on an extremely cheap LS rear lower control arm. Doesn't matter which side. I plan to see if it is possible to press out the bushings and conclusively determine if new ones can be pressed in and what size are needed.

I also need a center arm rest pad for an 03 LS interior code 6E. It is a dark brown version.
