WTB: Lincoln LS 5 Speed

I'm looking for a 2000-2002, (preferably 2002), Lincoln LS 5 speed with less than 80k miles. Must be stock or close to it.

I've got one here (2000 black) in the Toronto area. Completely stock 130000kms, about 79000 miles.
