WTB: Set of 8 Motorcraft Coils and Plugs

I just lost a coil and want to do all 8 while I have it apart. I also want to switch back to the factory spec plugs while I'm at it. I've seen kits on eBay with 8 brand new Motorcraft coils and 8 NGK plugs, but of course now that I need it they're aren't any up right now.

Did the LS come factory with an NGK plug?

That's what mine had in it when I bought it. That's what the Ford dealer swapped in under a couple of bad coils when it was still under warranty. I think they're Motorcraft rebranded though.
