WTB: Stock air tube(?) with baffles for 2004 LS V8

I need the part of the air intake system that comes after the air
box and filter, and connects to the MAF and throttle body. There
are at least two hoses that connect to it, and two good sized
baffles hanging on it It also has a ribbed flexible piece. I am
NOT talking about the air box that contains the filter, it's the
other piece I need.
