WTB: Woodgrain panel pieces/knob/steering wheel for '03 Lincoln LS (not stickons)

Ive already got the stickon/glue on pieces for the other dash areas.. But what i need is the actual hard pieces that attach to dash and door panels..
I currently have "carbon fiber" in the car and would like to switch to woodgrain.
I also need a matching shift knob and steering wheel with working controls, everything in very good condition..

i believe they are all stick ons except the steering wheel and the shift knob, i might be wrong though can someone else clarify this?

pm sent, no im talking about the bolted on pieces.. i think you actually have to take the door panels off to get them off..
