I will add a warning to this. If you use Rock Auto, make sure to check the parts they send you. Never used to have a problem with them, but the last time I ordered parts from them I ordered wheel hubs for my LS. They sent me their cheap discount brand in the name brand box I ordered, and gave me a hard time about returning the parts. I won't do business with them again because of how they handled the problem. If you decide to use them, make sure to check the parts as soon as they come in to make sure you got what you ordered.

I know a bad experience can leave a sour taste.

I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with RockAuto over the past 8-9 months. I did purchase one of their "cheap" COPs, it was dead when I installed it, emailed them about it, they gave me full refund, including shipping, and didn't have to mess around with having to send it back to them. That's pretty fair.

The bad cop was my Big mistake, I knew better, but thought I would try a non oem one, never again, only oem parts for the Lincoln.

Live and learn.

Hate to put this out there but it's not like it's not being mentioned on here on a weekly basis to stay true to the OEM coils and other parts for good reason.

Live and learn is great and all, we mostly go through life learning from our mistakes but when hundreds tell others the importance of replacing with OEM or else ... then it's a pretty good assumption/bet they are going by their own mistakes or passing on the warnings for good reason.

You're assumming that I knew about this forum and researched the COPs here, which was not the case, it was prior to finding this forum.

Weird how one would not find this LVC forum when searching online for parts for an LS. LVC tops the search pages when you search for anything LS related.
