The covers on the relays can be (gently) popped off. If they are all wet inside, you may as well buy all new ones. Fuses may be bad/shorted as well.

If you found all your relays (and wires)in the trunk, swimming in a pool of water, that might be the biggest problem. You may need to pull everything... and systematically go through all the contacts/wiring. Or... You may be able to use a hair dryer to dry everything out.

The biggest issue with the OEM/Jag pump would be bearing failure due to in -service length.
