I'm headed to Bradenton in a week or so, gonna run my stock 97 and post the times. Then, after every planned mod (4.30s + tune, full exhaust, Stall, 98 j-modded tranny swap and 150 shot of nitrous) I'll rerun down the 1/4 and update you.
how much better are the internals on the tranny? would a j-modded 97 tranny with a cooler on it be just as good? if not does any company make an upgrade kit for these? I have a transmission guy i'd just like to know if any complete kits are available..
