Could be oil pressure, i check that b4 i spent the money on lifters also could have worn or broken timing chain guides or tensioner it's self causing slap that sounds like a ticking noise

p0420 can code as a result of other small problems. like mass air flow or intake air temp sensor, or small vaccume leak being slightly out of range, check your o2 sensor data the graph should stay slightly steady on the rear sensors (b1s2/b2s2) if it looks basicaly the same as the up stream...

sounds like maby a pinched wire from around the bell housing and check fueses with key off and key on some fuses are ground based and only show blown with key on sounds like tcm is not getting power/blowed fuse could even be ignition switch not feeding power correctly
p0135,0141,0155,0161 are all heater circuit failures find a buddy with a scanner and clear codes to c if they come right back if they do there is a fault currently preasent. if just one comes back you can trace the wires and test for short to power or ground. hope this helps but in my expirience...
