I called the dealer and they told me that the 00 have an 5x135 bolt pattern, while the 03+ aviator has a 5x114 bolt pattern.
And yes, those rims in the pictures are 17". I went to check them out today.
Also, I believe the 03+ Navi's are 6x135 or something, but for sure its a 6 lug pattern...

Thanks for your info. The only way to find out for sure is by doing things yourself right? Well, when I get enough cash to do the conversion, I'll try to document everything and post them up and upload some pictures when I ever get it done.

Today, I just spoke with a mechanic at Meineke (car care center) he told me that the dual exhaust can be done without moving the spare tire.
He said the pipe would just go around the spare tire and go through the opening by the air bags or rear suspension. (I don't know how to explain it...
How weird because I would think the all the 03-05 models would be the same! (not sure which if any of these years models changed) I'll look into it more and ask around.
