to be honest with you, i had that same problem, like a month ago, and my mechanic told me the compressor was bad so I bought a new compressor (dont do that ....yet) take it to an electrician ask him to check the wiring that goes from your temperature control to your a/c/ compressor to see if...
Im not certain if it needs r134 to stay on, but yes more than likely you do need refridgerant, take it and flush the system and put all new r134 in it should blow cold, if not theres some other problem!
well, heat worked fine, and when turning from heat to a/c temperature changed from hot air to just cool air, but a/c works well now, thanks for all the help guys!
In my opinion, if you want to clean your fuel injectors take it to A. your dealer or B. a valvoline or something like that and have them do it the right way. those three dollar bottles are a waste of your money in my opinion that is
a/c problem almost fixed
My mechanic friend is going to run a wire from the a/c to the driver side seat where I can flip a switch (parts are like 10 bucks at autozone ) and presto a/c cycles, because the clutch doesnt cycle at all (no power from eatc control) so hopefully this works if not then...
About a week after I bought my 96 conti the a/c went out on it. I was told it was the compressor, so i replaced it, I also recharged it with r134 , but it still blows nothing but regular air, not hot not cold can anyone help?
