no my car heats up my hot air doesnt work unless high rpm's. the needle will read middle and if i let it sit or drive slow for a while it reads a little past middle. it never gets farther than just a hair past it though. also when i let it sit the fans will kick on after a while

ive used it on numerous vehicles and it always turned out :q:q:q:qty but the last vehicle i sprayed a coat of clear over top of it and it turned out great!

they do also make spray tint for taillights. it works pretty good. its just a translucent paint.
