Well I made a key and it was perfect diameter but I think it was too long the fan would not spin so I made it shorter the fan spins freely.. But when I opened it up to check it the back cover is all scratched...I think I messed it up... Went to all the nearby junk yards (self pull) and nothing...

The only parts i saw were a big star shape metal that goes in then a smaller one goes in that one. Would that be all the pieces? Do you know what the arrows are on the pieces? Thank you for your help.
