    2004 Aviator Seat Covers

I got the best deal from Team Ford. I thought I would report my results for anyone who reads this post in the future. I ordered the heater blower/motor and decided to install it myself. After trying to get the seat cover off by undoing the plastic clips and peeling it back I found that you...

    2004 Aviator Seat Covers

I have a 2004 Aviator that the dealer said needs a new seat blower motor to get the passenger side seat heater working again. Part # 2C5Z-19N550-AA. They want $335+ for the job. I replaced my overflow cap about 3 weeks ago and haven't had the problem since. Thanks for the help!

    Temputure Issue.

The weird part is that it only lasts a minute or two. Seems like something is sticking, perhaps the thermostat.

    Temputure Issue.

I am having the exact same problem. It started a few weeks ago and has been getting more frequent. The temp only stays high for about 2 minutes, then goes back to normal and the "Reducing Engine Power" light goes off. It's not under warranty anymore. Sounds like I should order an overflow...
