Yours is a Gen1 LS. My 2000 Gen1 had the 6-CD cartridge in the glove box and also had a cassette player. The Gen2 starting in 2003 offered the NAV option! Did I miss something here?

Thanks! You must mean after removing the assy. from the dash? From what I read, even the center console has to be removed to get the Radio/Navigation/CD Player out of the dash. My 2000 LS had the CD unit in glove box.....making it jam-proof! Darn!

My 6-CD Player has jammed! It had 6 CD's in it and I can't get it to play or eject the CD's. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes! The rims are chrome-plated! I got them on eBay from Capital Original Wheels in Gardena, CA and they were equipped with those caps.

Great photo of the Battery Vent Hose! I just had my 6-year old original battery replaced with a Motorcraft 100-Mo./3Yr Free Replacement Battery. I checked it the next day and discovered the Tech forgot to attach the Vent Hose to the Battery. Fortunately, I knew where it connected!
