I just checked the fuse box in the trunk, and the fuse for the right brake light is good so it isn't the fuse box. This is driving me nuts.

I just recently had new tires and it was doing it before and after the new tires. The halfshafts boots look good and there wasn't any movement when I tried to move them by hand. The wheel bearings also seem fine. There is not any play in the rear wheels when I jacked the car up.
