    calling all LS Owners

    My 2001 LS V8 with 73K miles is showing a misfire on cylinder 1 so I'm about to face the inevitable. When I do this I am going to do them all so I’m definitely on board for a reliable alternative. Kudos for doing what it takes to make this happen!!!

    Rear Brake Tool

    Try re-mounting the caliper by hand tightening the bolts. Get a piece of 4x4 that is long enough to reach from the floor to the backside of the caliper so that when you push against the caliper with "the tool" the 4x4 is wedged against the frame.     How many here want better ignition coils

    At 67,000 miles I've got a coil #1 misfire code and a slight leak in the valve cover, but no noticable performance issues, yet. If a reliable replacement was available I would change out all eight coils.
