You get what you pay for with cheap kits.
This is some kit my brother just put in his truck. Ignore the :q:q:q:qty beam pattern, its some whackass job dual xenon setup.

Well, for what I want to do the quality of video that comes out of the 7D is far better than any video camera for the price.
Now I just have to up my skillset.
haha, I needed something short.
I just went thru my playlist and found something. This video was nothing special. Just the first real footage I shot with my 7D.
Well, I thought it would be quick at least. Masking a video clip and laying it over another one was much harder to accomplish than I thought it would be.

(It's in HD if you want to watch it on youtooooob)
No, someone said it has a traditional intermittant wipe by using any of the bars above the 'auto' setting.
That is my complaint. The auto sensing wipers suck, and there is no manual intermittant mode. If there was, it would have come on regardless of water content on the window.
There is...
The reflector is different with HIDs as well.
The masking on the bulb is to prevent the unwanted light from tainting your beam so to speak. If the black was not there, the lights would have a yellow/green hue to them.
Projectors can get around this with optics.
I very well know what options I have. The last 2 are continuous wiping, one is faster than the other. All the notches prior to that (on my car at least) are an extension of the rain sensing wipers. I can set it to any of those, and it only seems to adjust the sensitivity of the rain sensor...
FINALLY! I was wondering how many Utah people there are around here.
I loved having a local WRX community when I had mine... I miss that with the LS. When I see another LS, most of the time its an old person behind the wheel and I am sure they are not on here. I am really sure they...
Grrr... mine does not do that.
Maybe I have a fault somewhere. I am always turning my wipers off and on to get them to clear the windshield when I need it cleared.
Not true.
At least they arent manual intermittent in the normal sense.
They still come on when they feel like it. Turning it up more seems to only increase the sensitivity of the rain sensor. There is still no logic as to when they come on.
