'00-'02 Program 07M07 & 07N09 Petition

This was inspired by the coil issue fix for the '03 from this thread:
http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=34064 and I figured no one has had more problems with this issue than owners of the '00 - '02. If we get enough people sign this one we could make it official and let our voices be heard over at Ford.
