02 LS Driver Door Window Problem

HI all,
Need some help with my 02 LS Driver door window. I was rolling it up last night and I heard something snap and the glass fell into the door. Window motor seems to be working but the window doesn't move?

I know this sounds rude, but you don't search at all or read the sticky topics do you? This is another common issue that is well covered here, no need for new threads on it.

OK, I bought a new window regulator. but I'm having trouble getting it in? I can't seem to get the regulator to line up with the mounting holes on the silver panel. The other questin I have is how do I line up the brackets that attach to the window? Do these go on first or do I attach the brackets to the silver plate first? I looked through the site and didn't see anything specific on how to install other than reverse the procedure used to remove it.
