Ive had this 2003 v6 ls and im tired of its old woman look and i want to change the way it looks so people don't think my grandma is driving the car, what makes my car really bad is that its the "metallic green" which is more like a seafoam color.
this is what I want to do, let me know if anyone has any ideas or stories about this:
-Carbon fiber C-Pillars
-Carbon fiber eyelids
-Hid Conversion- i want angel eyes anyone do this and was it hard?
-A better sounding exhaust (v6)
I also cracked the front bumper and i want to replace it with a cooler looking bumper cover remember i have the new body style. any ideas?

I just traded my 2000 tan LS 8 for a 2003 Tundra LS 6 and, aside from the paint and grill color, they pretty much are the same car (exterior-wise); so I'm not quite understanding the "grandma" part of your post. Maybe you should just trade the car for a Mustang - not many grannies in those, 4 sure :D. The 2005 / 2006 looks REAL good in black or white with up-and-over (hood to tail) stripes.

Carbon fiber C-pillars and carbon fiber eyelids to change the look? You can't be serious!

If you want to make a change, add a body kit. LS Koncepts sells several, and they will make your car stand out.

I agree with you, the new LS looks sick but if you look around at the kind of people that drive the seafoam green one they also have a walker in the trunk.

You guys dont think the carbonfiber would look cool on a black tint and on the green? Has anyone bought those because my buddy has had some problems with the coloring, any feedback?

do u have the upgraded wheel package? why dont u post some pics and we will go from there...?

Get the 2004 LSE bumper cover:

wow i like that, do you think it would look weird getting that bumper and leaving the back bumper the same since it has the chrome trim?

I recently had my front bumper on my 04 v6 replaced. I considered doing the LSE bumper but felt it wouldnt go well since the rear bumper would still have the chrome. To do the whole front/rear conversion should run you around $900 - $1300 for parts, paint, and labor depending on how much you do and how much you have the shop do.

I have the base model with the base wheels. I guess they call it the sports package. Any Cheap exhaust ideas, i want a nice sound.

No, that's called the Base Package. Just get an LSE bodykit if you want to look different.

For a nice sound replace your intake filter with a KKN cone from LSKoncepts. It will make it sound like a throaty purr.

I have the Chrome B-pillers, and have color-matched eyelids.

TireRack. They were the only light 18" wheels under $1000 ea. at the time. I too looked for a better deal, but in the end, I bit the bullet and ordered them from TireRack.:Beer

Having seen George's car in person, I can tell you it's even better looking in person--those are sweet wheels. (The car in the bay next to it in the garage is no slouch, either. :) )

GWL, I told you before, your car is the reason I traded in my '02 Black LS for the '06 Vivid Red one. Freakin' SWEET!

I can't lower mine though... No matter how slow I drive and how careful I am, my car is a speed bump/bottom scraper magnet!

I agree - get the LSE bumper if you want to change the appearance of the front end...

I sure like that LSE bumper! I am a bit partial to the larger fog lights for some reason though.
