03+ headlights on an 02... I've searched??

I've done a search and have come up with several opinions on this. I know it can be done, but there will be a gap. Some say the gap is small enough between the bumper and the lights that they wouldn't bother changing out the bumper reinforcment to the 03+?
If not though (the gap is to big) and I do need to change it out where did you guys get the parts, bumper reinforcement, ect?, and what all do I need to get to make it look factory, and make the HID work. I know it shouldn't matter but incase I have an 02 LSE.

i did a search and found this thread within a matter of minutes, you even posted in it. make sure you read every post, write down part #'s get parts from a lincoln or ford dealership (probably not cheap)
