Anybody who does something like that should at least put a tag on the hose where they put the block in. That would save someone in the future a lot of grief.

I completely agree, I would have been really upset if it would have ruined the brand new DCCV. Feels good to have resolved the issue
Yeah wrap some tape around the hose or something.
Im all for temporary fixes untill you can afford to replace something but when it changes to
a different owner there needs to be a full disclosure of whats been done and needs to be done
that is known of.

We usually use red or yellow electrical tape.. Or a tag with the description of why it's there..
