06 Base Radio/Single CD & Cassette Aux Input

I searched and I could not find much related to the base radio. The only thing I did find is the FRDN-AUX but I am not entirely sure if that is compatible with the single CD/Cassette base radio for an 06. Anyone have one of these or have an aux on their base radio? Let me know. thanks

Dont think much works on 06 for some reason, or maybe thats the 06's with nav. You can go to your local electronic store and ask or try something like this that goes into the radio's antenna. A member on here has it, said it sounded great.

Just buy an 05-06 6 disc CD player, this unit should just plug right in. If you are not sure, then pull out the cd/cass player and look at the back of the unit, it should have 4 plugs. Now remember that I am talking about the Unit having 4 plugs not your harness. your harness will only have 3 plugs. If it does then you can install a 05-06 6cd unit into it. Then you can buy a Pie adpater for your Ipod.

I've got an 06 with the single CD/Cassette set up. I'm going to see if I can find a 6 disk unit to swap into it. Does anybody know if the 6 disk unit will play MP3 disks?

One more thing I forgot to mention, make sure you get the one that has the SAT button next to AM/FM button. It will work with the Pie adapter for your Ipod/Mp3 player.
