Bolt Pattern - thx for info

Hi,


I'm interesting in these wheels for another Panther undergoing heavy mods.


Here is what Derek from the Crown Vic forum told me:

"If the wheels you are looking at WILL fit a Mark VIII (or T-bird/MN12), they will NOT fit ANY year panther (wrong bolt pattern (5x4.25 (MN12/Fn10) vs 5x4.5 (Panther, SN95/SN197 Mustang, etc.) - so don't even bother looking into offsets or spacing any further."


"If the wheels are in fact the correct bolt pattern (5x4.5), in order to use a +40mm offset spacers measuring at least 1.25" will be required for each wheel - 1.5" recommended. Being an 'aero', 2" spacers would be recommended for the rear for aesthetics."

Thanks for letting me know the bolt pattern. Were these originally mounted on a Mark VIII ?

These are some very nice wheels with almost new tires. I wanted them real bad, and the price is a steel. My bolt pattern is a no go, but they're sweet.
