19" ASA AR1 Wheels - I need Y'alls input!!!

I saw a local deal on a car forum for these set of wheels.

Is this a good buy?

Used set of (4) 19" ASA AR1/BBS Wheels:
Tire tread wear is about 10-15%
Potenza tires: Front 245/40/R19 /// Rear 275/35/R19

Not really concerned with the price, its nothing a little negotiating won't fix
But anyway, I have seen these same wheels on a 2nd gen LS. However, they were chromed out ASA's running NITTO 225/35/19 all around.

Eh, I'm also not a wheel & tire expert like most of you guys. Im not sure on how well those rear wheels will fit. So with that said, do you guys think this would be a proper fit for my 2nd Gen? Or would i have to go through some pretty ridiculous stuff to get these on?

Oh, well the guy wants $700 for em. Pffffffft. I was going to talk em down to way lower than that. Im just primarily concerned if these wheels will fit and look correct with all the information ive supplied thus far.

go to tirerack.com and discounttiredirect.com and compare. I think both of those sites carry those wheels along with tire packages.

Well first off you need to find out if they are 5X108 then make sure the rear wheel that is running a 275 wide tire has a high enough offset to fit the LS...
