Bought this as a fix up and flip project.

1995 Mark VIII
173xxx miles, runs strong and doesnt burn oil or smoke.

Grey Leather interior
Converted to Coil springs front and rear.
Fresh Oil change and Filter(December 12th)
Power windows, door locks, mirrors and seats
Brand new tires in the rear, tires in front are 90%

Interior is in decent shape, seats have some rips but nothing too bad.
There are a few dings, and one major dent by the gas door.

CLEAN TITLE IN HAND, already notarized and ready for your signature!

Runs and drives great. The only thing that it could possible use is the wiper motor since the wipers do not park.

Looks identical to mine when I bought it, just with about 60K less on it. Mine was a Florida car for $2000 with about 113K. I think you're being fair with the price, if there is no rust on it or under it. Is that Concord, New Hampshire?

This was my interior before I changed it.

Setting in the shop in Florida, where I bought it from. We were installing a new air ride compressor that I had mailed down there before I flew to Florida.

Got some Octi's for it

I installed a "Rays Switch" to drop it down low sometimes when parked. I rarely drop it though but the switch is installed in the console and ready when I am. I wouldn't feel right taking a pic of it without it being dropped down low.

This is how it stands so far and exhaust is next and then I'm done with it.

What you have has potential and maybe some of the pics I have included might show the next buyer what can be done with it if they wanted to put the money into it. I already had the interior so that was no cost. New corner lenses, headlight housings, grille, front air shocks, wheels and a few misc other things have came to around $2200, not including the $600 or so I'm about to have into the exhaust system. So in total, I'll have about $4800 into my 95 and I never plan to sell it. If offered $5500 right now, I wouldn't sell. I'll never be offered that but it's worth it to me because I know what's been done to it.

If I had another black interior and that car had about 40K less miles on it, I'd be after it for $1600 and go through the whole process again. :) Good luck with the sale!

Honestly I will negotiate a little on the price. I know what I have into it and know what I want out of it, but will work with a buyer.

If I wasnt restoring a 1970 Cougar and having two other running driving cars, I would keep it. lol
