1998 Navigator code P0113

Thowing code P0113. Have changed air filter and MAF (which has IAT sensor), but still getting code and vehicle is acting like a misfire. Only code is the P0113.

Any suggestions as to next step?

Update, before getting code P0113 thermostat had been changed. Changed air filter again and now code gone, but still running rough, like a misfire but no codes. Took to supposedly an expert Ford mechanic. His diagnosis is that antifreeze got on coil packs and/or spark plugs. Going to take in Tuesday to be cleaned out. Hoping that resolves everything.
